Ralphie from the movie A Christmas Story.
The first day of the New Year, Tall Husband, Cute Dog and I hit the pavement to check out a new piece of Houston Street Art here in the Houston Heights. We find it a sweet coincidence that a boy in a pink bunny costume has been left on a corner, just two blocks from The Bunny Bungalow. Thanks, Coolidge...what a wonderful surprise.
We call that little pleasures -små gleder. They are the best. Have a good year to come.

Merci Annie ;-)
ReplyDeleteWe saw Ralphie's face all winter long, as Portland Center Stage was running a play version of Christmas Story and publicized it everywhere. That image is priceless.
ReplyDeleteKelley told about Ralphie. My favorite was the pig on the Taylor/I-10 overpass, but the city could not abide such criminal behavior and painted over it a couple of weeks ago. The city likes to kick over sand castles, too.
