Don't hit the photographer, Sonia!
Don't you just love it when you go someplace in The Big City and run into your neighbors? We do too. This morning Tall Husband and I went to Houston Coffee and Cars and there were Ron and Sonia, who live three doors down from My Ranchburger. Sonia is an actress (more about that in May.) So here she is... acting as if she were driving that cool 1959 Nash Metropolitan. To see more great rides at the Houston Coffee and Cars April gathering, click here.

what fun! LOVE that red vintage car. What kind is it? I have been loving old cars lately, can only wish though...

Hello Karen,
ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping by. That little red car is a Nash Metropolitan, made back in 'fifties in Great Britain, but sold only in the USA.
The Metropolitan was my favorite car as a little girl! I think part of it was that I just loved to say Metropolitan every time one drove by.
ReplyDeleteI was going to get one when I grew up... the closest I ever got was a little black and white replica car.
However, our family did buy a brand new Edsel!!!
Talk to you soon ;)

Oh my gosh - we saw that car the other day! It was parked around the corner from us, at the house with the poems on the fence. It's so cute! What a small world :-)
